Important Dates FOr Current Lanai Apartments Tenants
- Rent Due: Rent will be due on the first day of each month
- Rent Late: Rent shall be considered late and subject to a $30 fee on the 6th day of the month.
- A $5.00 a day late fee shall be incurred every day until rent payment is delivered to the office.
- Pest Control: Pest control services take place every Tuesday.
